This is my first day at Fatsecret. I started my weight loss journey in April. I decided to do the Weight Watchers. I am going at it alone. Four years ago I join Weight Watchers at my job. I did not care for the meetings or the instrutor. So I of course drop out. So in April I got out the books and went at it myself. I sarted at 262. Today I am 231. Its hard. It's very hard. Especially when you dont have anyone supporting you. But I refused to give up. I dont care how long it takes to reach my goal. I found this site by accident. But I am glad I did. Now I have someone else going through the same struggle that I am. So I dont feel so alone. Good Luck to Everyone

You are not the only one obsessed with thinking about food. I find myself thinking about food all the time too. Sometimes when I'm eating a meal I'm thinking about what to eat on my next meal. When it gets too bad I try to find something else to do to try and distract my mind. Sometimes it work sometimes it don't. Don't think you are alone or crazy. There are plenty of us out there with these same thoughts. So hang in there and maybe there will come a time when our thoughts are not about food but about how good we look while losing weight.
