Well so far I am at 91% of my RDI.
Hmm, I will really have to watch the rest of the day, but after lunch, a late lunch mind you, I probably won't be very hungry the rest of the day, and if I am, then I will just have to figure out something to eat, that is high protein, low carbs. I can do this, for sure.
I could borrow some of the calories I didn't eat yesterday, and if I am really hungry, I can, but I won't, unless it comes really important, like I am starving to death. lol
Not going to happen, I am sure. I am gaining more and more control over my over-eating and it is not as important as I ounce thought it was.

Well, this losing pattern won't last, but hey, I take what I get and if it is Lemons, I may sugar-free Lemonade.
Today I am very happy with my scales. I may be in Ketosis? I have lost 2# in two days.
I am not going to complain.
I didn't eat well yesterday, I didn't get even close to my RDI but, it did show up on my scales today. So how can I complain about that? I can't.
Moving onward, and Downward!!!

Well, supper is over. I wasn't real hungry, so I only ate some pork ribs left over from yesterday, some cantaloupe and some blue berries. Yummy, it was good.
But I am way under in my calories 1021, supposed to eat 1800 a day and I have recorded everything I have eaten today.
I don't know but probably won't be eating anything else.
I am only supposed to eat when I am hungry, and I feel so full and it is 8pm.
Too late to be eating for me anyway.
Maybe tomorrow will be better, and I will eat my 1800 or close to them.
I have never eaten over my RDI, so That is why I am losing weight. Also my carbs to day was only 28%. Not bad!! I'll take it.

Lunch was,
1/2 cup cauliflower rice, fried in bacon grease
2-2 ounce patties of fried ground pork
1/2 tomato
Was good too.
I was wondering what Cauliflower rice would taste like, well, not quite like cauliflower, and not quite like rice, but very tasty.
My Hubby is even eating it? Will wonders ever cease? lol

I think I am in love, with my way of eating that is.
Keto is my way to go. I can eat loads of food, and still lose weight.
I am impressed!
Down 1# in only one day? Great news for me.
I don't eat many carbs it seems and my body is doing what it was meant to do, burn the fat!!! I am a very happy woman!!!!
