Having been MIA the past week. Went to camp, had to enjoy some time in the wilds. lol
But now I am back.
Weighed in today, down some, which means that even tho I haven't been recording my food intake, I am still losing weight. I haven't been eating what I shouldn't so that is showing.
So, now I am back and working harder to get back down to where I want to be, a size 12, will be OK with me.

still to go:
16.0 lb

Well, Lunch is over. I am still very low on my carbs, that is OK too. I will keep tracking and see how it goes tomorrow when I weigh in.
I am learning so much on FS. I am not as stupid as I once thought I was, after reading so much about Keto, etc. I am working harder to understand what I am reading and after reading posts from others here, I am seeing that I am not the only one who is learning here.
Thank God for FS!!!

Well, I don't know if I am eating too much, or just too many carbs.
Today, I am going to watch eating carbs closer, to see if that helps me to go back down.
I know yesterday I did drink my water, so it isn't that.
Maybe too much all together?
We shall see, I am not going off the wagon, not at all. I am in control of this, I am just a bit mad at the scales today, but hey, they do what they are supposed to do. I just need to follow suit.

TGIF, I think anyway.
I received my "FitBit" clone yesterday. I think I am going to really like this idea of tracking all my steps and seeing what my heartrate is.
I didn't lose any overnight, but I didn't gain any either. That is good.
I would have probably bought a real FitBit eventually but this one was so cheap, because of a site I am listed on, instead of the normal price of $39.99, I paid only $0.29. Not a bad price and since I am cheap to the bone. I bought it and all for a review. I can review anything I need for a smaller price than the original.
Anyway, today is a new day, one filled with hope and renewed resolve to lose weight, get fit and get off my butt and move.
Onward and Downward!!!
P.S.
I just figured out why I didn't lose anything from yesterday. I didn't drink my water!!! Big dummy, you have to drink water daily. I drink stuff, but I don't drink enough water. I must put water first on my list of things to do, everyday, not just today.

I have not eaten my dinner yet, but listed my foods, so I will know exactly where I stand on my RDI.
I am still very much OK.
I am hoping that will be all I eat for the rest of the day, but hey, I do have some left over, even if I eat what is listed.
I am OK with what I am eating and don't feel all that hungry, but that is today.
I plan on doing what I need to do to keep on the downward slide.
I like me better when I am more focused on Me and less on others.
I will have to go back to Walmart tomorrow to finish picking up my order. I only got 6 of 10 curtain rods I ordered. I never thought about opening it up there, next time, I will for sure.
I will be working hard tomorrow, cleaning windows and hanging the new rods and curtains.
So, I should be burning more calories than normal.
Onward and Downward!!!
