I am done for the evening, eating that is.
My Macros are as follows:
Calorie Breakdown:
Carbohydrate (11%)
Fat (69%)
Protein (20%)
Not too bad, for a person who is just learning about eating low Carb.
I am happy with these results and I think that going to 11% carbs will help me to reach my goals.

WOW, I am at 64% of my RDI, and my macros are getting better too.
Carbs, 7%
Fat 71%
Protein 22%
Now I will take those numbers and feel this full.
I think I am in Love, with Keto foods that is.

Well breakfast is over today.
I did very well on my carbs for this meal. I am working on keeping them as low as I can so I can lose the weight I want to lose.
I am going to help mow the lawn today, more exercise!!
I need my exercise to help spur on my losing.
It is means I must work to do it, then so be it. lol Not like I don't need the work done either. lol
Onward and Downward!!!
