Well it is slow progress but progress none the less.
I am done .2# and I will take it.
I am not doing enough, not enough exercise, so that is why it is coming off slowly.
But slow is so much better than not at all or going up.
Any loss is a good loss.
I love this place!!!!!

Lunch is over, and recorded and now I need to go and do my Yoga, before it gets too late in the day.
I didn't do too bad so far today. my foods are improving and I am making better choices too.

OK, up and at'em and get with the program!! lol
I am up, well maybe not at'em so much, but, up at least, I have had my coffee, so it is going to be a good day!
I weighed in this morning and going down is a good thing, even if it is only about 1/2 pound, I'll take it!
Hope all is well with all my "Buddies" here and all who are just beginning their trek down this path.
I am feeling better each day.
So. I will post more later today.
Yesterday, was a very good day! I am alive, my feet hit the floor and I stayed within my RDI so how could it have not been a good day? I even got my Yoga in yesterday, so it was a very Wonderful day for me.

Well today has been a good day for me.
I didn't eat as many calories that FS says I need, but hey, the day ain't over yet.
I did eat better I think. I know I feel better after eating three whole meals today. I must have been not eating enough and that was hurting me, not helping. so.... I will work harder to do what I need to do, to see the weight go away.
I know it won't go away on it's own, I must also exercise as I feel better and I did my Yoga today. Not the whole routine, but... I did it without adding any counting to it, just a count of 30 per pose. I think I get into it so much, that I think I can do more and more, and in reality I am older than I used to be, so I must take a while to get back into the whole exercise routine again. It has been awhile since I did it on a regular basis so.. I have to take my time in adding to my time for each pose.
I can do this!!!
I get so excited for all here who are doing so great, I don't want to sound envious but it does make me know I am in good company, people who also are in the same place I am and we are all working together to succeed in our own goals.
Onward and Downward!
