Well today I ate 100% of my calories. The first time, since being here.
I did eat a lot today, at least I feel like I did.
I am feeling better, so maybe I am not eating enough daily to keep up my goals? Just a thought, but I guess it could be most of my problems with feeling bad?
Anyway, I am happy to be on target not over the limit, and not under, but right one.
I will begin to do my Yoga again tomorrow if I feel better, and from the way I feel right now, I am going to feel better tomorrow.
I will wait to see, but my plan is to feel good enough to do my Yoga at least.
Onward and Downward!!!

The water is helping, somewhat, but not totally.
I may end up going to see my PCP to see if anything could be wrong with me, besides my body getting rid of toxins, and not drinking enough water. I shall wait a bit before I go, just to make sure I am not going to get well, without him. lol
I didn't exercise yesterday, and not today either.
I didn't weigh today either.
Right now, I don't care about how much I weigh, I know I am OK as my clothes are still getting loose, so I am losing somewhere.
More after I feel better. Just too tired to even type.

I am feeling a bit under the weather again, but am also upping my water, I think I am not drinking enough water, to get those toxins washed out and they are what is holding me back.
I did eat dinner, and recorded and am getting better at my proteins and fats, so much less carbs for me today. I will be very happy when I get it down pat, to eating more fats and proteins, so much less carbs. I tend to eat too many and that may contribute to my feelings too?
Anyway, Onward and Downward!!!!!

Breakfast is over, I recorded it and have eaten 686 calories for breakfast.
I love it.
I ate only real foods, sausage, eggs. But it will keep me feeling full for a longer period of time.
I weighed in this morning, 196.8. I love it when those scales go Down.
