Breakfast is done, and recorded.
Yoga is done, at least for the morning, I may have to do them again, this evening to up my activity for today, depending on what I do the rest of the day that is. I did time my Yoga today, to see how long that actually takes me to do. It amounted to only 18 minutes, but that is 18 minutes of good clean exercises as far as I am concerned.

Weighed in today, 198.8 up .8 of a pound.
That is OK, I also didn't have a BM yesterday, so that would account for the gain, I guess. lol
I will still take it, for I know I am doing good, and I am losing weight.
I had a pair of jeans on last night, I hadn't worn in a few weeks, and man are they loose. I like that, when I notice in my clothes that I am losing weight and getting smaller.
More later today.
I am a Happy loser and I know it.

We went out for dinner. Usually 12 chicken wings, with 1/2 serving of Waffle Fries and Blue Cheese dressing on those fries, let alone the 2-3 beers.
Not tonight, tonight, I had a Steak Hoagie, with Mozzarella Cheese, grilled onions and peppers. No Fries and No beers. I am happy with the amount of food I ate tonight, and feel very full.
I won't be waking up with a headache tomorrow like I had done in the past, after drinking beer.
I drank a glass of unsweetened Iced Tea, so no calories in that either and No Sugar, anywhere.
Had a good time, enjoyed the friends who were there, and didn't over eat, or eat the wrong things either.

Well, I am feeling well enough to get back into my Yoga today.
So glad I feel better.
I have maintained my eating tho, even tho I wasn't exercising I was till eating leas than the RDI here. That is a big positive for me, I used to stop the "diet" and go back to eating like a pig. Sorry, that is what I think of when I think of how I was eating.
I this time tho, ate within my RDI and am very pleased with that.
Doing my Yoga today, I felt so much more like my old self. Thank God!! I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. lol
I may do my Pilates later on today, but I am not going to over do for the first few days, as I don't want to get back to being ill.
Onward and Downward!!!!

Well, so far no exercises today. I still don't feel up to doing them, too much too soon, is not conducive with getting better.
I did get to go shopping, for some much needed foods and I guess you can count that as exercises?
Anyway, I am not doing more than what I have to do, so I can get better and do what I need to do, to lose more weight.
I have maintained my weight thru this all, so that is a big plus.
I do weigh daily, so that I can keep on going downward.
I will get better, it does take time, as we age, it seems to take longer, so I must just live with it and wait until I feel better to get back to my normal routine.
