My name is Ryan Lazalier. I am almost 39 in July of this year. I have always been aware and concerned with my health. I always look to the future and like to keep my body in check for whatever comes my way. Spending more time with my family, living longer and being active is very important to me. I am pretty goofy by nature. I feel young, healthy and strong, but it comes with a price....hard work, consistency, commitment and a love for your own body, health and spirit.

I have a heart to help others that don't carry a lot of hope physically and love to be a support to them. I AM NOT a certified trainer, but I have a lot of knowledge in diet and exercise, especially in CrossFit training and Muscle Confusion. If you have any questions or need help and support, DROP ME AN EMAIL! Talk to you soon!

what percentage??
The rule of thumb to help you is this: For every 3,000 calories you burn, you burn 1 pound of fat. So, if your fitness schedule shows your total daily caloric usage is 2,400 calories and you want to burn a half a pound a day, you should only eat 1,000 calories a day. Whatever your deficit is is what is going towards fat burning.

A half a pound a day is pretty extreme so my suggestion is to "increase" you exercise to an additional 500 calories a day and then take in no more than 1,500 calories a day. One last thing...I recommend the 30/40/30 eating plan.
