Today after breakfast, I had a "OMG" moment about food. This may sound silly but I realized that food is a source of energy for your body. It is not there to make you feel better, entertainment, comfort, or to resolution to your problems. It is simply a source of energy, WOW!!!!!! Now I need to find out how I am using food, as a source of energy or for comfort.

I am off off work today. I am about to workout on the wii.

Today, I started off with one hour on the treadmill. I burned 705 calories. I am determined to have a great week today, if it kills me!!!!!!

This weekend was a real challenge. I went off program this weekend, now it is time to put it behind me and move on.
