This week was a challenge. I went out of town (malls) my advice to everyone is to pack healthy snacks and review the menu in advance.

Yesterday, was very difficult trying to follow a healthy eating at the food court. On Saturday me and my girlfriends were shopping. I am the only one in my circle watching my weight or health. One thing I have found out from yesterday is to always have a plan. Research your dinning options and pack healthy snacks and walk, walk and walk!!!!!!!!!

Guess what y'all, I finished a mile under 15 minutes (14.53). After five times coming up short, I finally achieved my goal. Now it is time to make a new goal!!!! YES!!!!!!!
