Worked out on the Wii Fit last night and this morning I worked out on the treadmill for an hour.

This week was good. I am trying to stay focus on the real reason to lose weight (being a healthier and happier me). Yes, it is good to see the number on the scale go down but it is more important to know that you are improving your health. Ten pounds down, I am feeling a lot better. Sixty five more pounds to go!!!!!

This week was very interesting. I was mainly trying to reorganized my schedule for workouts and plan meals. I am the type of person who to have a plan or routinue. Without a plan I fall to pieces.

Yesterday, I worked out on the Wii for 45 minutes. This morning I worked out on the treadmill for an hour. I had a weak moment yesterday and ate a slice of pound cake. I am having a hard resisting sweets lately. Any suggestions?

I am getting use to working out at least 5 times a week. The only thing that is driving me crazy is my HAIR!!!!!! OMG, after working out in the mornings, I look like a matted animal. HELP!!!!!!!!
