Healthy alternative for coffee
Hello community!
I trust you are all doing well with your diets...I have an addicition problem...
I have trying to quit sugar for a while now, but my downfall is coffee. The real problem is that I love the taste of coffee itself and I can't take it without sugar. I've cut down to one teaspoon of sugar, but I want to quit it all completely. I used to substitute it with green tea and I was doing well for a while, but after a while I couldn't take the taste anymore.
Does anyone have a healthy alternative for coffee that will be free from the extra sugar?
