I am 26 years old, and I got a really fat issue since I was 11. From then I am always teased about being fat. But now I am going to lose my weight in a healthy way and eat right. I changed my diet to strict vegetarian. :)

Wow! You guys are the best. Reading your replies really make me open my eyes and mind to get to know more information on how to keep me going and wanting to reach my goal Smile

I did reached above 1000 calories yesterday and good news is, I didn't gain. but I didn't lose either it's still the same. But it's a start. You guys are real good inspiration! ^^

Appreciate and grateful for all the advice, guys! Smile Wish me all the best because I'm going to take those advice and put to work! (^^) I am going stop with the wholemeal and changed to multigrain. Hope that I could shed off a pound this week. ^^

Thanks all for your advice, I'll increase my calorie intake and see how is the progress a week later but of course I'll still maintain my level of activity. Just another small question; is wholemeal bread good for us? Because I read somewhere that wheat bread are not good for us because it has bad carbs.
