Going to share a yummy Cloud Bread Recipe... When I find it
I'm doing Intermittent Fasting - eating between 11 am to 7 pm and fasting the other 16 hours. After having done the Keto diet for a while and with success, I realized I need an eating plan that I can stick with for life. I love the IF method and to cut down on my snack calories, I plan to keep using the cloud bread I learned to make. I make this one with a little bit of sugar and vanilla extract to add a touch of sweetness and to over-ride the "yolky" flavor. If it's cooked a little longer, it firms up and makes a great substitute for cookies and cake snacks. I loaned my recipe out and as soon as I get it back, I will post it for others to try it. I couldn't figure out how to post the photo of the last batch I made Question
