Hello all! Hope you're staying well & eating fine!
Not gonna 'weigh-in' today bc I want the weekly FS reminder to stay intact. But wanted to share my 'Budget Better Soup '- celery, tomato, lime, bell pepper, & a bit of traditional RAGU spaghetti sauce. Am at 229.1Lbs, though😁👍, so it's looking good for my Saturday weigh-in!

Well... I guess inputting weigh-ins throws off the 'weekly REMINDER' schedule so I'll just weigh-in once a week again. And...woo-hoo(?), no loss but no gain since a few days back. Made it back to my last weigh-in amount at 232.5. Looking forward to a steady loss of weight as my muscles strengthen and burn my fat stores to maintain base body functions. Stay Well, Peops👍😁

Realized something tonight (well, yesterday) that may encompass a 'whatz eating me' factor. Get a little anxious over the thought of having nothing to eat in the house (when i'm home). Which is unfounded for today's world since food & water are easily accessible (more often than not). Personal history link, but a cache of canned foods likely isnt a bad idea for emergencies. Unfortunately, i eat the stash... well, perhaps nowadays i wouldnt... if i'm following my diet goals "reasonably well"😕😁👍.
