oh yeah... the new muscles are kicking in! started my 2-hr walks, likely helped👍😁 have also started eating just partial amounts on my cheats (i.e. 'cheat day'... i wish!) Am aiming for a truer keto w/a once or twice a week toast w/butter day for proper carbing. (actually, i probably need more potatoes in my diet also)

1.1less, I'll take it! Still haven't decoded my body's overnight reqs. But, anticipate some key adjustments later this week, so we'll see.
Lotsa veges. Not quite as much beef as i prefer. Feel my bod shifting & muscles remaining solid, that is, consistent in performance. Hip still hurts from Nov 12, 2017 but getting to my ideal weight + upcoming adjustments should help big time (no pun intended, LOL).

Well, still trying to balance that 'empty stomach' sleeping option. Was 224.3Lbs on Tuesday... Likely am going to have to add cardio workouts to my anaerobic routines in order to convince my bod to keep the fat-pounds off.
