ouch! that one hurt. BUT...lost 1pant size (or is it 2?), so must be muscle growth. However, i did eat more carbs (more rice than usual, more cereal than on earlier diet weeks, and likely too many sugary drinks). i will have to figure out a way to drink plain or lemon water only. Also, possibly ANYTHING (including yoghurt, cottage cheese, fruit) after 7pm is a no-no. TIME WILL TELL!
Stay Well, E! & have a great week!

Lovely cheat day today... my usual, frozen yoghurt (may havta request an exam of that LILcup). Started my pilates... oh yeah, i havent mentioned my weight/Kburn adjustment: now Tues-Fri, still 1set of 10-12reps, same muscle groups(which i also hadnt mentioned prior: quads, biceps, triceps, shoulders), Sat & Sun anaerobics free day (later, will use them for cardio/aerobic days, likely when i reach under 200Lbs, & likely simply walking) which is when muscles 'grow' i.e. repair selves; & Mondays, modified pilates (3-5 movements, 10 reps, except for the 100holdVmove (i forget the ofcl name).
Food: jazmn rice with mixed nuts, scallion, & yellow bell pepper (see pic) & i ate it with cheese (artikaas, a smoked gouda one), not in photo.

Ground bison cooked atop a bed of chopped shallot with fresh garlic & a teaspoon of sweet & sour sauce, orange bell pepper atop that, then fresh snap peas on the last 4 mins of cooking (previous part, 12 mins).
