hello all!
hope you're staying well and not playing 'closer to God' (i.e. taking selfies atop skyscrapers w/out secure fasteners, not wearing facemasks, meeting in groups w/out practicing social distancing, etc).

well, am at 224.7 today, we'll see what happens by Sunday. But am quite sure itz bc i ate the heck out of some PB&J sandwiches. have to figure out the proper balance now that i am eating the appropriate amount of protein per day... water, potassium...are essential, i rem, for my body to properly process the protein. i'll havta rewatch that YouTube by the physiologist out of Australia AND the YouTube vlogs by Christina/Gaugegirl.

But am also quite sure that indulging in Martinelli's® Sparkling Blush hasn't helped either but itz sssoooo gooood!

Also, i haven't done my two hour walks or my weightlifting... i have kept up with my Monday pilates (...sometimes Tuesdays😊).

But i did refrain from ordering Little Caesar's even though i LOVE their strips&slices (?) pie. AND delivery is free thru Nov15th! ...Child, help me hold on!!!

Anyway, enough of me. How you doin'?

weight is holding... well, is just hours+ since weigh-in, LOL! learning new protein sources cooking-wise. did my pilates (recall, thatz my monday workout)... i have to stop taking so long to do my pilates routine... i actually set my space & positioning & then ly there for like 45mins to an hour just breathing & getting up the nerve, etc (yes, pilates is THAT intense & demanding but it delivers like no other workout, hands down!)

binge watching gaugegirltraining youtube videos: going to take notes on all but in a (very tight) nutshell: (that includes me incorporating other aspects of my body ive learned through the decades!) ...maintain a 65/35 anaerobic/cardio active lifestyle, portion to a 900-980calorie daily diet plan (am quite short, extremely relaxed & relatively small boned), maintain VIGILANTLY a 73/27% protein diet plan, meaning of everything i eat... protein, fats, carbs, 73% of it needs to be protein [that may change once ive reached my ideal weight (129Lbs) but not by much because at that point ill do a lot more hiking, jogging, marathons, golfing, etc. and will still need much protein😁👍]

STAY WELL, ALL! (and THAT means wear your facemask, no opened mouth guffawing around espcly in people's faces, AND WASH YO NASTY@ASS HANDS👍👍👍!
