Not giving up. Gotta get to the point of being able to work out again... Build muscle then aerobics. Buncha probs w/feet still.

Hope all is well with you & yours!
still conscious of my weight but still hills & valleys, etc.
but i came across a poem i wrote & thought id share it here👍
Yo! Yo! Yo! Yo! Hey, hey! Listen up!
You can huff and puff all the same,
joining the bandwagon of that 'no-fat-shame'!
But when it comes to sight and might,
you know morbid obesity just ain't right!
No room for your heart...indistinguishable limbs,
and a swearing off of all the gyms!
Since high school you've been fighting this thang,
and 'kiss my grits' is the song you sang...
To people who snickered or just eased on by...
sad for ya but unsure how to say 'Hi'....
Hi....! Ho....! Hi....! Ho....! Hi....! Ho....! Let it go! Let it go! Let it go!
And let it go...
Gain control today, see how much you weigh!
But not only that, fixate on tracking that fat!
To unpack it! Summer whack it!
Time is running out, and life is short!

i know... wrong direction still! anyway, my feet are slowly healing so i havent been able to do my 2hr walks... i may have to just restart slow like 20 or 25 or 30 minutes & build up. technically, i could still do my pilates routine (the modified one) and weight lift but am too bummed out in foot pain to press thru... i have done so a couple of times but ima wait, for now anyway, until my feet are totally better.
