Tips for staying on track while dining out
I have found it helps to drink a glass of warm chicken brother before going out. I am hungry, so it tastes very good. Seems to satisfy my craving and I make better choices.

Not losing
I have been under 1,200 calores a day and have not lost a pound. I only want to lose 15 pounds and that sounds easy, but not when you stick to proper calories and don't lose. I really eat healthy with oatmeal/blueberries for breakfast and a huge salad with no lettuce, just fruits and veggies for lunch. Very low calorie dressing. Salmon and zucchini noddles for dinner. This is really aggravating. I am sticking to it, but it is sure maddening when I think of how much more I used to eat.
