Core, anyone?
I'm not picky, but I do like to eat the same things....which is why core works for me. I find the foods I like, and I stick to them.
Right now..I'm a popcorn addict!! The Kernel Seasons flavorings are great!

Core, anyone?
Core can be one anytime. From the time you start, somewhere in the middle, or for maintenance. I've been doing it since I started (almost 4 weeks) and I've lost 8.4 pounds.
