Hi there! My name is Elizabeth and I am starting the next chapter of my life. I was previously known as DairyFarmersWife. The user name no longer seemed fitting since I'm now single and I no longer live on the dairy farm. Today I am a single mom with 3 amazing kids and after years of being overwhelmed by life, kids, the farm, working full time, and trying to maintain a home that always ended up looking like a tornado hit it I now have time to discover who I am.
My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I figure I can get there if I stop over eating and cut some of the junk out of my diet. It would also probably help if I could cook and I added some exercise in there somewhere.

Goals:
1. Be able to do 100 pushups without stopping.
2. Be able to squat 100 lbs and still walk the next day.
3. Run a 5K, like run.. the entire thing non-stop
4. Master a 5 minute plank.
5. Be able to do a pullup. Without assistance.. or a chair.
