I need healthy calories!!
Healthy calories can include a lot of carbs so not sure what you mean. Fruit and veggies, greek yogurt for some extra protein as well.

A question about Macronutrients percentages in daily summary
This is a calorie counting website so it just counts carbs, net carbs are irrelevant. Total calories are what matter. Otherwise, not sure what you mean how it's calculated. It's telling you how much of total calories are made up of fat, carbs, and protein.
