Okay.. Updating my Bio since starting FS back in 2009??2010?? I forget how long ago. Brief history: Started at 200 lbs/ ate all Alkaline lost 30lbs/ did 13 day detox via Master Cleanse (amazing btw!) Then began the HCG protocol. (Gift from GAWD btw!!) lost 50lbs in 2 rounds. Kept the weight off for over a year then met the man of my dreams... got lazy... and slowly gained back 40lbs. So HCG didn't fail... I FAILED. So I did another HCG round dropped back down to 125lb for the WEDDING, YAY!!. BUT married life is rough though when it comes to eating, lol! I married a man that can eat anything he wants and never gain weight so he's always tempting me with breakfast burritos & dairy queen...ugh... my weaknesses. So back to my tried and true methods... hCG

Body Cleanse
I've done the Master Cleanse twice, first time in 2010 and then in Feb 2013. I'd call it a full body cleanse becuase it clears your head as well as your digestive sysytem.It got the toxins out and helped psychologically get my head back in gear to eat healthy again. And the most expensive part was the cost of the maple syrup @ $10 a bottle I went thru 2 and half.

HCG Diet?
I tried the 500 calorie a day option without the hcg hormone and I could barely do it for more than 3 days. Rapid heart beat, fainting spells, re-gain, yup , all that happened. However, I've been on the hcg diet for the past week now and I feel like I am always eating something. From strawberries, cucumbers, chicken, beef, etc... all REAL foods by the way, so there's no "lack of real food." With the 500 hundred calories I eat in a day plus the fat released into my blood stream by the hcg hormone makes up the calorie difference. So there's no undernourishment. I'm not hungry and I feel great.

Let's talk FAT
I found somewhere that a good ratio to shoot for was Fat 20%, Carb 50% & Protein 30%. If anyone knows different please let me know.
