Hoping to finally get to a healthy weight. I never really tried dieting or weight loss techniques until I gave birth to my son five years ago. I gained 60 pounds while pregnant and struggled with the last 30 these past few years. I did manage to lose 20 on ww initially but gained it back (and then some) when my husband became ill. After another stint with ww I started working out and went back to work full time. I was able to lose 30 pounds! Recently gained back 10 while moving to another city. Just started to take visalus shakes and I am jogging and counting calories. I hope this will help!

-Not having my thighs rub together when wearing shorts and skirts etc
-Feel confident in a swimsuit

Left foot goes numb during elliptical workout
I also have the same problem from time to time. I try to switch up going forward and backwards every few minutes. I also try to roll my heels and stretch my toes.
