I thought we could start a list of all the fun things we can look forward to as we loose weight.

I noticed that both my Chair and my thighs fit under my desk today (without lowering the chair!)

Single digit jean size. Right now I'm down to a 12, but I still can't fit in my American Eagle 12s just yet, so I have a ways to go til I see that "8"!

Definite separation of boob and belly! There's no more shelf for my shelf to sit upon! ;op Every little comment hubby makes about my butt being smaller or other things he's noticed. Being able to breathe without wheezing or needing my inhaler! Having more energy! Sleeping better! omg, there are so many...

I want to get to know the "other me" again. I have always been heavy and when I lost 50 lbs on the diet pill I felt so much better about myself. Not ashamed to walk into any place. I want to lose weight for me, by me. Pills do not work if you gain the weight back! I am ready to change my life with the Lord's help because I know without Him I will not succeed! PTL!

Even though I've only lost 30 pounds so far, and have a lot left to lose, I feel like my body is simply less cumbersome. It's part of what prompted me to lose in the first place--my body just felt unprecedentedly huge and ungainly and in the way, etc. I am noticing that feeling depleting. It's giving me more confidence. I look forward to having more of my body disappear Smile

I have been sick only once in the last two years and that amounted to a sore throat for about 4-5 days. I did not go to the Doc and just kept up my exercise routine and healthy eating and pushed through it with no Rx.

Fitting in airline seats, running short distances or climbing a flight of stairs without getting winded and the knowledge that the first impression I make on people is no longer "fat girl!"

I'd have to agree with the three posts above this one. Smile

Also, I think it's worth mentioning:

- Incredible self esteem.
- Free from blood pressure medicine.
- People don't talk down to me the way they used to (this is so sad, but that is what I have experienced - I'm sure others have too!)
- No longer ingrown toe nails.
- No more huffing and puffing.
- No "Gimme-a-sec" breaks on stairs.
- Easier to buy clothes.
- No more back aches.
- No more head aches.
- Smaller portion sizes = Cheaper to buy food.

... and those were just off the top of my head. I'm sure I could come up with 20 more.

Is there any reason to NOT lose the excess weight? Smile Life is good!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Smaller boobies, I hope. It would all be worth it if I could have that one thing.

Living a longer healthier life. Reducing my risk of cancer and other illnesses and disease caused by being fat, like diabetes, heart disease, needing hip replacements.. I could go on and on. I'll be walking while other old people die slowly in a hover-round electric chair.
I used to have to sit on a chair and pull my leg up onto my knee to put my shoes and socks on. After losing over 100 lbs I can stand on one leg hold my balance just fine and put my socks and shoes on with ease. That's what determination and hard work does for you... but you have to want it and actually work for it. There is no easy ride, or magic pill or diet shake. I don't diet.. I just eat real healthy and exercise. It's not rocket science.

The things I have noticed so far:

* Not having to tilt the steering wheel to get out of the car
* Not needing to almost "launch" myself, in order to get
out of the easy chair
* When sitting in said easy chair, not pulling the "arm
protectors" (can't think what they're called) into the seat with me
* Being able to come up the basement stairs easily
* Being able to walk a long distance
* Not grinding the coasters of my office chair into the
carpet; fitting easily into the office chair
* More easily going through the turnstile at Menards (I
still think they're made for a 95 lb person)

What I expect to find in a month at the end of March:
* Fitting better into an airline seat AND hopefully not having to request the seatbelt extender!!!
