struggling!
xmas season really threw me off! today marks the last day of eating any junk or high carb meals! I simply cant gain any more weight....any tips on low carb meals that are yummy.
Also I have heard of a 500 calorie diet...It is apparently very effective but I dont think its very healthy? and feedback on this?
