I'm so happy its a beautiful day out. Its like the sun is shinning just for me! Yesterday was grey and tomorrow will rain, but the sun decided to show up for my birthday! Its going to be a fabulous day! 1st I have to go get my passport so I can be allowed into the Dominican Republic for vacation next month, then my boyfriend booked dinner reservations at this vegetarian gourmet restaurant I have been wanting to try for about a year, then LION KING ON BROADWAY!!!! I have wanted to see that for like 12 years now! I cant even wait! And best of all, I dont have to go to work! birthdays off is a great company policy. Theyre going to leave candy on my desk as a present, but I'll have to be strong and find someone else to give it to.

Finally got back to the gym today. Yoga was much needed after such a disgusting week. I worked 84 hours last week! which means 2 gym days skipped, and diet neglected. It was terrible. Most days I was either so busy I forgot to eat, or I ordered out and neglected my diet because I was so starving I didnt care what I put into my mouth, on top of that I hadnt been keeping up w/ my water intake. I skipped the gym twice (I'm actually pretty surprised at the days I did manage to make it) and by last night I felt sooo sick and exhausted. When I was finally done I went to Whole Foods and got a bunch of healthy stuff and cleaned up this pig sty of an apartment. I still have a lot of work to do this week, but no where near 84 hrs worth. I need to get it back on track this week. I'm afraid to weigh myself. My body is probably so confused.

My kettlebell class was cancelled today =(. What a bummer. I was really looking forward to it. I wish I had known. I would have gone to the gym this morning as to avoid the after work rush. I hate when the gym is all crowded like that! Instead I did my HIIT on the treadmill. I'm getting pretty good at that. I think next time I'm going to take my sprint from a 7 to a 7.5. Dont get me wrong, Its not easy as pie or any thing, but I dont feel like I'm going to expire after I'm done anymore. And I think thats kind of the point. After that I did some weight lifting. I weighed in and I came in at 154! How awesome is that! I'm almost out of the 150s and 9 lbs away from my goal. I can do this!

I didnt go to the gym this morning, and I really needed the sleep. I feel excellent. That was a full 3 hours of extra sleep. I'm contemplating whether to go to yoga tonight or to really have the day off?
