My kettlebell class was cancelled today =(. What a bummer. I was really looking forward to it. I wish I had known. I would have gone to the gym this morning as to avoid the after work rush. I hate when the gym is all crowded like that! Instead I did my HIIT on the treadmill. I'm getting pretty good at that. I think next time I'm going to take my sprint from a 7 to a 7.5. Dont get me wrong, Its not easy as pie or any thing, but I dont feel like I'm going to expire after I'm done anymore. And I think thats kind of the point. After that I did some weight lifting. I weighed in and I came in at 154! How awesome is that! I'm almost out of the 150s and 9 lbs away from my goal. I can do this!

Wow. Look at you. I knew you would do it!!! So proud of you, MandaPanda. You're a regular gym rat! LOL. What does it mean to take a sprint from 7 to 7.5? Sorry about your kettlebell class though; i was looking forward to the stories too

=) Thanks! I felt really bad about skipping the gym yesterday, but the rest really did me well...The 7/7.5 is referring to the speed. My sprint speed right now is 7mph, so I'm thinking next time I'll bump it up to 7.5mph. That should burn me out pretty good. And this is a BIG maybe! We'll see. Oh and you never told me if you bought yourself any kettlebells for home. I'm dying to know what you think.

No, not yet. You know who says I'm too accident prone. But I have watched a number of classes on YouTube. It might be better tried, for me, at the gym.
