I am a relapser.
I joined Fat Secret in Jan.2011.I was following first the 17 day diet-which did wonders and after I had plateaued with that one I moved to an Atkins diet.By May 2011 I had lost 50lbs.
But my life interfered and I had to deal with that instead.My diet went to the wayside.In fact I intentionally overate,one-to cope and two-because I kept telling myself next week,next month,after the new year,etc. I am starting a diet.SO,get in all you can now.Well....From May to here last day of February I have gained all that weight back.I am a whopping 260lbs.It's awful.This morning I got out of the tub and my chest contracted that I thought I was having a heart attack.I had to sit on the toilet-and I would have put my leg between my legs but I can't bend over like that any more.I need a life change otherwise my life will be taken from me.
I am not ready to go!!!
So-today,Leap DAY,I officially start my own revolution!It feels good to be back to FAT SECRET.You've helped me before,I hope you can do it again.I need it more than ever!!

Before and After, anyone?
LOVE this thread also!I've been hesitant to take a 'before'
pix til now because I didnt want any evidence of my fat butt.hehehe.But,this really inspired me to take the pic. because I'm gonna love comparing it when I do lose the weight.Will post when I get a during pix and after-THANKS!!
