Started weight training last night. I have the gym membership that I couldn't cancel for Dominic, so I might as well use it. Feels good to be doing that again!

NOT losing weight, but, I think my "sides" have gotten smaller, and my legs are definitely firmer from the running. I guess that's what matters.

I just don't get why I'm not losing weight?! I'm more physically active than I have ever been in my life, eating well, but still not losing... I'm very discouraged.

June 19 was the first day with my new shoes! They are working fabulously - my hips don't hurt anymore.
