Goodness - nearly died today! I don't know what was different. The first 20 minutes of the run/walk was fine, but walking back I felt like I was going to pass out. I fully expected to wake up on the ground after passing out. It took everything I had just to walk back. Ugh! I don't think it was any hotter than any other day - maybe dehydrated...

Started Week 3 of running challenge yesterday, walk 2 minutes, run 3, 4x. I was surprised how well I did! Maybe taking a couple of days off is good!

Kind of a crappy weekend, food-wise, although I tried to choose more wisely than I normally would have. Didn't run on Friday, as I had Katy and Ryan and Brad over for dinner and had to do a quick house-clean.
Starting today, it's walk for 2 minutes, run for 3... hoo boy!
