California girl and mother looking to keep my health elevated by losing weight (again). After losing weight and getting healthy a few years ago, I let all that work go. I'm once again motivated and this time I've got an eye on lasting results. A single healthy meal changes nothing but should be seen as a single stone on an endless path.
