It's like this:

I'm Kati, I'm 26 years old and live in Temple, TX with my 2 year old son. Going through a divorce, being a single parent, and working a fulltime job doesn't leave me much room to focus on my health. BUT, I've decided that I need to MAKE time for it.

I've never been on one of these sites before, but am willing to try anything new, and like the idea of tracking your progress, and being able to motivate and be motivated as well.

Good luck to everyone, as we are one day closer to our goal!

Why So SLOW?!
Thank you guys, and I agree with you Naiomy.....i haven't been drinking NEAR as much water as normal while dieting etc. Definitely need to kick the H2O into high gear.

Thanks!!!

Why So SLOW?!
About a year ago I went on a low-calorie diet with NO excercise, and lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. Granted that was quite a few lb's to lose in that short amount of time, but this time, I AM working out, have thinned out my diet as much as possible, and I've been losing about 1 lb a week!!!! It's so frustrating when I feel like I should be losing at a LITTLE bit faster a pace than that?

I also want to throw out there that I drink. I know this is a caseof empty calories, but I drank before, and still fee like with a better diet AND excercise that I should be losing a bit faster than I have been. At least since I'm near my start weight and not on my last few lbs.

Any ideas? I know that a slower weight loss is ideal for maintaining a lower weight, but would like suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong??

Thanks!

Weightloss Pills?
I agree, the one I've been looking into is called Lipo-6X. It DOES have caffeine, and I LIKE that it says it works best in combination with diet and excercise as I'm not really interested in sitting on the couch and losing weight. I feel like it'll help me boost my weight loss but also help me not gain it back right away also.

I did look into the Hydroxycut and saw that there was a big lawsuit on that product...YIKES. The Lipo-6X had pretty good reviews, out of 25: 24 gave it 5 stars and 1 person hated it.

Not really sure about this whole deal, but am really interested in at least trying it out to see what it can do.

Weightloss Pills?
I am considering starting to use some weightloss pills in combination with my diet and working out. I've been doing some research as to which products are effective yet safe. I know a lot of people are against these products due to gaining the weight back rather quickly, but I still feel that if I continue working out AND dieting I will be ok.

Does anyone have suggestions for any of these products or things I should know?

Thanks!!
