Not Alone!
I just wanted to say hello to everyone! I think this site is actually a really neat tool. As everyone here is aware trying to become a healthy person after years of burgers,pizza and garlic cheesy bread isn't easy! I look at it as I'm a food addict and you guys are my 12 step program! You guys hold me accountable!! LOL Anyways, wanted to introduce myself and thank you all for your inspiration and hope!
