Well I have been naughty on my weight and put a lower one in as I am too ashamed to put in my real one.... but still it is only a number and I know it will go lower!

I love helping others and feel I am a really good buddy for support.

Love loads of things in life and to be honest not that much food. On meds that the specialist said you will put weight on so fighting that as well... but I will not be down trodden...

One tip I can give.. is take your time when you eat... take only one mouthful and put your fork down.. enjoy your food, really taste your food, the texture and savour it. Then have another... this way I think you not only enjoy your food, but you will eat less!

You will be fine... try not to get mad.. as you will hold on to that feeling and next time it will get bigger and bigger and you will start to feel like a real failure.. which you are NOT!

We all slip now and then and after all this is a life changing thing that we are doing not just a quick fix... sadly they don't work do they!

So would be interested in hearing how you are getting along..stay strong and think thin! Very Happy

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I should only try to weigh only once a week, but I tend to get on the scales every couple of days which is daft as it is the end of the week that makes the difference. We could not have lost as much due to many reasons...so guess I should wait. If we are writing it down that should be our guide.

Well it is just so easy to have am quick snack and then think ..oh darn well spoilt today...start again tomorrow!
