Weekend Downfall
So I have come to the conclusion that I eat pretty well during the week, and I eat less calories then I need to, and I am not hungry. My downfall is the weekend. All the calories that I lost during the week, (3500 to lose a lb) I gain back during the weekend. Can a diet really work if you do not follow it Friday and Saturday?

I also could really use the motivation to get my butt in gear! Litterally! Im in DC! The Walk for 90 days challenge sounds like a great one! I was also thinking about the Couch to 5K Running Program
that starts in 4 days. Are you all trying out any challenges?

Jeans that FIT
So I have been out searching for a pair of jeans that I can feel comfortable in. I have been feeling quite depressed because [over the past 3 years] everytime I buy a new pair of jean, I grow out of them within a coupe months. Well I just found the most comfortable, form fitting jeans by Not My Daughters Jeans. At first I really didn't want to try them because I am 25 and have no kids, but I tried them and I love them. They squeeze me in at my butt, hips, and tummy...but I can mooooove still. I can sit indian-style or bend down without loosing my pants. I don't need to wear spanx with them. And they are easy to put on and take off. I can wear them casual or out to lounges in the city.
Anyways, they made me happy to wear jeans and I wanted to share!
