Hola, My name is Brittney I am a 27 year old single mom. My son is now 7 and in the first grade. I along with working 45 hours a week am also a full time student.... I am a busy body which results in a lot of unhealthy choices and eating out. I did really well the last year and have lost 25 pounds (which then came 15 back), but I do not want to stop there. The last few month I have lost motivation and have gained some weight back. I need to get my butt back in gear =) hopefully this site will help with that, AGAIN! Best of Luck!

When I was pregnant I gained over 65 pounds and never have been back to my original pre-pregnancy weight, although I am back to my pre-pregnancy size. The excess weight and skin is just in different places now. Ha.

I started this site a little over a year ago and then lost track. Now I am back to wanting to be more in shape, since I have left the site I have gained over 10 pounds, moved and went back to school. I need to keep my weight and health as one of my main priorities!

My goal is to be 185 pounds and/or a size 12. For Now... I want to ultimatley be able to go into a store and not say, they don't have anything that fits me here.... or to stop shopping in the PLUS Sizes.

I am 5'9" and have always been the bigger girl. My mom is tiny at barely 5'2" with a really small frame, so are my aunts and grandmas on my moms side. It is my dads side that is taller and bigger framed. Well yes, I am Tall BUT why do I have to be the BIGGER girl too??? I will admit I have a bubble butt & a nice sized chest, and I don't WANT to lose them, I actually LIKE THEM... But I also have some excess baby flab/fat STILL =)

So... Here we GO... AGAIN =)

July 2009 - 217lbs
Nov 1st - 210lbs 32.3 BMI Obese =(
Dec 9th - 195lbs 38.9 BMI Overweight =)

LOL Well K8yk I think you would be an instant millionare!! Crazy how we want to cut something out of our life but make up for in by "pretending" Lol. I am a carnivore I looove meat but I tried the all veggie honey bbq chicken tenders, they weren't bad but I won't buy them again either. However, if I stopped eating meat I would be "That Person" lol

Grocery List
My Grocery list since Novemeber has changed tremendously!!

I do try to buy something different everytime I go, especially VEGGIES!!! It helps that my boyfriend works in the Produce Department at Kroger, he brings me suprises all the time =)

I think that is the worst... "clean your plate" I was raised the same way, sometimes sitting at the table for HOURS... with my son, I do... well take 3 more bites no matter how much he has left (usually he has decided he doesn't want to eat because a toy looks more fun, then he is hungry 30mins later)
