toD, i ate waffles, ice cream, and choco mousse after a long time. it was so yummy zat i didnt feel the least of guilt after eating it. but, here's the thing. instead of taking a waffle with the ice cream and choco mousse topping individually, i shared one with my partner and it really filled us up!
we ate half the waffle, shared the mousse, the ice cream and had water instead of coffee latte. these small changes really add up to big differences in someone's diet. it allows u to control urself, and ur way of eating. forcing urself to just stop everything at once will really b detrimental. what i advise everyone is to make small changes... gradually, u will see... it will b a habit and will change u a lot.
getting ready for an hour of hardcore cardio and ab training later XD feeling really good =)
