I was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana and I have a love for cooking. I enjoy cooking for others as well as myself. Cooking relaxes me, it calms me down. My specialty is desserts. That's my favorite thing to make and that's why I'm on fatsecret right now! I developed a way to eat what I like by preparing them with a healthy twist. I have a variety of recipes for great food like pizza, chicken, cake, etc.

Other than cooking, I enjoy drawing, writing, playing and watching sports like football and basketball, going to museums, reading, music and movies.I'm a fun loving person and I'm very easy to get along with. I have a wonderful fiance, no kids, and a crazy family. Hopefully I can find some good people to lose weight with. Keep It Moving Forward..

When you log in to the website, to the right of the screen you will see a box with your account settings, diet, weight and some other options. Click on "my diet" and then it will guide you to a new page. On that page there will be some selections geared toward your diet. You can change your start weight, reset your diet, CHANGE YOUR GOAL WEITGHT, and others. Please let me know if this help.

What plays the villain?
@ shmiller ooo-wee that sounds so good and tempting. My villains are yellow cake with chocolate icing, hot apple pie, peach cobbler, banana pudding, bread pudding, truffles; the list goes on for years! As you can tell I have a demanding sweet tooth. I love disserts. I love it so much I want my want my own bakery one day. I have the power to say no, only if I cannot smell the fresh scent of cakes, cookies or pies. The aroma is my kryptonite.

Hello
there's an app. called calorie counter. I have it on my phone and it's awesome. there's a barcode scanner, i love that, and you can sync with fatsecret. it's very useful if you keep up with your calorie count and it also help u see what's good and bad for you. it's a pretty good app, i love it. if you have a smart phone just search fatsecret and the app should come up.. calorie counter. hope this helps..
