I love me so carbs to but they sure put some weight on ya. I take these pills called Carb blockers because unless you burn over 1400 calories a day those suckers wont go anywhere but your thigs if you know what i mean. In my Challenge group i have 2 diets support pills not you average pills. these pills are intended to help you with your weigh lose regimen. joing my group and well discuss more as you can see i have not gaing any weight since i've been a member . hope to have you in my challenge droup: Slimmer and Healthier you

someone said I looked like I lost weight/am losing weight-WHY DOESN'T THE SCALE SAY THAT??
@TheNewM3: i found acouple on amazon.com type in body fat calculator tool or body fat caliper

Diet
Following a diet is very hard to do, but i'm done being overweight I want to go back to my old size.
