Who's doing the interval courses on the treadmil
This is what i do, i do the 2min/1 min, alternating : One min i walk 3.5 speed with 15% incline than it goes down to 3.3 with 13% incline for 2 min. I walk that for 30 min, then i up my one min walk to 3.8 alternating with 3.5 for 2 min for thew other 30 min.THE ONLY THING IS THAT I CAN ONLY WALK AT NIGHT SINCE I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD AND MY HUSBAND TRAVELS A LOT SO I HAVE TO PUT HER TO BED FIRTS BEFORE I CAN WALK. aND IS THAT HARD TO PUSH MYSELF!!Thanks for the reply

Who's doing the interval courses on the treadmil
I would love to read about the different ways you can burn more fat on the treadmil doing interval courses.
I had read about the interval walks that it's the way to burn fat faster , meaning you need to stay in your fatburning zone. Info please, do you agree or dis-agree?
