I am 32 years old and am having a harder time losing weight than I did when I was younger. I am dedicated to this and although I have reached some obstacles, I will not give up!
I am a single mom with two dogs and a boyfriend! I love animals and love spending time with my son!
I went from excercising being a four letter word to loving it and doing it 6 days a week! I am currently doing Couch 2 5K with my son and am on week 5! Only 4 more weeks until I can run a 5 k! I have never even ran a mile before in my life!

Calling All Atkins Induction Folks...
Hello! I have been on induction for 2 and a half weeks and I have lost 7.5 lbs. I have found some very DELICIOUS recipes at http://genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html. So far I have tried the quiche and taco soup. Also MIMs (muffin in a Minute) are awesome if you are craving bread! I have found that Atkins products stall my weight loss. My advise is to STOP EATING THEM! I know they are delicious, but there are so many things you could be eating that will help you lose weight! I have 16 punds to go and am almost ready to move onto OWL, but I am nervous to do so!

that is wonderful news! Just don't fall into that "eating for two" stigma! You do not need to eat a whole lot more because you are pregnant! I doubled my weight (almost) during my pregnancy because of that belief! Good luck!

What did you do this Weekend? :)
I discovered a towpath not too far from home and ran 2.5 miles last night! I swam and went dancing on Saturday and Friday I ran 2 miles....Food was another story....but like you guys have said, today is a new day!

How accurate are work out machines?
Ellipticals are not very accurate...I would say that I would look on line to see what your calories burned would be for the period of time you did it.
The bar can be added by going to your "My Fatsecret" screen and clicking on (on the right hand side of your screen) "my Signature". Scroll down on that screen and follow the directions for adding it!

Don't Stop Till You Get Enough!
I run (outside) with my son. What makes the time fly for me is listening to him talk about all the different things happening in his life (even if I have to listen to Pokemon jibberjabber)! Anyone who has a little boy know that is it like pulling teeth to find out anything going on in there life, so our run time is my favorite time! Very Happy When I am on the elliptical, I watch movies and television shows. Make the time fly and I can't watch the counter!
