Hello! My name is Brooke, I am a 26 year old stay at home mommy!


I reached my goal, it took almost a year! Then, we decided to have another baby :-) I reached 147 lbs, my all time highest weight. I am now breastfeeding & hungry all the time.... I would really like to get back into my old shorts before summer!


I am a strong believer in support systems & will be pleased to chat about dieting with anyone!

recording your excercise
I don't exercise at all, so I record any major activity that I do! If I drive, shop or clean for more than a few minutes I usually count it

Cheat day
I like to have a little cheat everyday, that way I don't binge & eat 4000 calories in one day. I've learned that moderation all the time is better for me than over eating & feeling bad about myself afterwards! (Which I do occasionally)

Sexual activity- Does it count as exercise?
I only worry about adding the calories if I'm doing the work. You can also add your own special code exercise when you add it to your journal so nobody else of FS will know how often you do it.

I always buy clothes that fit my body at the time. If I feel like I look good I have more confidence & stay motivated!
