Hello
I am really glad I found this site. I started my weight loss journey after a hernia surgery in February 2010 at 296 pounds. I got down to 262 pounds and quit, will power gave out. I restarted Jan 2012 at 280 pounds and finally found something that works for me. As of today I am 236 pounds. My goal is to weigh 296 pounds. The changes that have helped are The primal blueprint,Dr. Mercola, keto dieting, and precision nutrition pdf on Intermittent fasting. I spend quite a bit of time reading information on health and nutrition. Looking forward to exchanging ideas with the community.I am always happy to answer questions.

Topic of the Day April 30 - When Do You Weigh Yourself and Why?
I weigh myself every morning when I get up. I do this to track my progress. To keep focused on my goal. To make any necessary adjustments.
