I'm a 29 year old military lawyer living in Southern California. I work a lot and eat a bit too much at night and on weekends. I'm trying to get motivated to make the changes I need to make and to STICK with the plan to see results :) I fall off the eating right wagon so often I've started to tie a pillow to my butt so it doesn't hurt so much...but my butt is starting to feel like a pillow so I want to stop failing. Looking to make friends and be supportive because I think we can all use a pat on the back and a little help these days.
