I need some help with this and I don't really have anywhere else to turn!
Tell him he's a jerk first off... I have the same problem anytime I get emotionally stressed out the first thing I turn to is food and it is usually full of sugar and carbs, one of the ways I am learning how to deal with it is by telling myself to take a 10 min walk, to go blow off the steam and when I get back I can have that piece of cake. Usually by the time I'm done walking I don't need the cake anymore. This could work with any exercise. Hope this helps!

Are these foods okay? what happens if you cheat during the consolidation phase?
Hi! I just started the Dukan diet last week and it is working amazingly! I did cheat this past weekend (in cruise phase), it was my cousin's 21st birthday, and then I was right back on the band wagon and lost the one pound I gained thanks probably to doing a pp day right away. Anyway I was just curious, I have a vacation that I am losing the weight for but it lands towards the end of the consolidation phase and I was wondering if (or when) I cheat on the vacation do I start up again on the cruise phase or do I keep on with the consolidation phase? HELP! Also does anyone know if you can eat the following on the cruise and consolidation phases: swiss miss sugar free hot chocolate, protein shakes, sugar free jello pudding cups, or sugar free ice cream? Thanks a bunch!!
