Working hard on the garden eight hours hard graft yesterday finishing a large patio.
Same today and Wednesday should prep it. Then awaiting 4-6 dumpy bags of gravel to arrive that will need wheelbarrowing around the house - Fun times

I'm in a plateau - Might be because of significantly more activity is swapping fat for muscle - mostly unconcerned.

In other news I was reared ended (the car type) 15 miles into a 185 mile drive home -The Ladies car who hit me was undrivable and likely written off. Mine was drivable but also possibly written off. These things happen and hopefully the insurance claim won't be a pain.

I have had some yoyoing over the years but never got close to my max at 105kg.
I have finally got around to getting my bus pass and during first bus trip for ages a few days ago had fun chatting up the old ladies with the old "you're never seventy line"

Wasn't able to measure food since last weigh in Born pessimist
Been busy so may have under eat a lot over the last 5 days.
BMI 23.9 - Still have a little wobbly belly fat so I'm keeping going as this is proving easy enough because a BMI of 18.5 to 25 is the range for normal weight
