33 y.o. Will be 34 on October 4th! Excited about it. Not sure why. Married. One child, a 20 month old hilarious little boy who melts my heart every time I look at his face. And he's my twin of course :).

Anyway, I've been on this journey to getting back to my ideal weight (for my body) since about February 2017 I think. That was when I started trying to get pregnant and whatever I was doing was making the pounds add on. My weight was normally between 143lb -156lb on average and that was great for me. Luckily I did get pregnant in April 2017, but I was weighing a whopping 175lb already by that time!

The day I gave birth, I was 195lb. Lost about 10lbs, didnt pay attention and gained another 15 lbs. So my highest weight was 200 lbs! I got down to 183/184 lb with the HCG diet. Then stalled. And I struggled at 183/184 lbs for God knows how long.

The Noom app got me down to 172lbs or so.
MyFitnessPal got me down to 163lbs.
And now I'm here at FatSecret with you all, on my way down to 150lbs!

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every day. Several times a day actually. I'm clearly obsessed at this point.
