I was craving pasta but no meat, no cream. Just olive oil, a lot of garlic, sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, kale, grape tomatoes, and a little Siete habanero hot sauce. So easy to make but yet my cousin came over and said I like to cook fancy lol

Im not a soda drinker, but when I was, my soda of choice was coke. This kombucha right here?! Tastes very very close. And only 35 Cal for the whole bottle!

Just checking in. Have to be honest. I've had to go back to Noom this past month or so. I gained a little with the Thanksgiving holiday and wasn't able to lose it back with FS. I got back on Noom and the weight is coming back off so easily. Maybe I'll be checking in here daily to keep up with the FS community because I love it here, but tracking my calories and weight through Noom from now on. We'll see..
